St John's wine program is designed to complement and complete the dining experience. In pursuit of palatal paradise we search the world over for wines that will excite and inspire. The list includes producers from the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Chile, Argentina and Israel. The bottle and glass lists are constantly evolving in order to create perfect pairings to Chef Lindley's daily dinner menu and seasonally driven dishes. Our well-trained staff is eager to recommend, for the connoisseur or the adventurer, the most pleasing interplay of food and wine.
